Booking & payment

Ride quotes are estimates based on the entered route, mileage, and estimated tolls. A request is not confirmed until Blueway approves it and full payment is completed.

Approved customers receive a secure payment link. The payment link normally holds the requested time for 30 minutes.

Cancellation & refunds

• 24 hours or more before pickup: 100% refund.
• 6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before pickup: no refund.
• Verified airline flight cancellation for an airport pickup: 90% refund.

Airport pickups

Airline and flight number are required for airport pickup requests. Blueway may track arrival status and use flight-delay information to coordinate pickup timing.

Blueway advertises up to 30 minutes of waiting at pickup with additional flexibility depending on circumstances. There is no automatic per-minute waiting charge.

Convenience Store Request

The $15 flat add-on includes one reasonable convenience-store stop and a few standard requested items. Age-restricted products, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, lottery products, and unusually large or expensive requests are excluded.

Vehicle & capacity

Blueway currently operates a 2017 Toyota Yaris iA. Three passengers are recommended for comfort. Four-person requests may be reviewed individually depending on luggage and passenger needs.

Availability

Blueway accepts requests 24/7 with at least two hours' notice. Two hours is the minimum request window, not a guarantee of availability. Every trip is reviewed before payment.
